What to look out for
While you're browsing, please keep in mind that the red kanji symbol is { n a m i } or 'wave' and is my signature, custom-made orders come with a choice of wooden dowel frames or black magnetic frames - and that no two kakemonos are going to be perfectly identical so some variation can happen. Once you order one of the designs, you will receive photos of your finished artwork before you complete the purchase.

How are products shipped?
The scrolls are shipped rolled, wrapped in tissue paper, in cardboard tubes or boxes.
What if I pre-order an out of stock item?
The buyer receives photos of the finished custom-made scroll before shipping. I want to make sure you will be happy with your purchase.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Where are your products manufactured?
Each kakemono is hand-painted and mounted by me, in London, UK.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase. Please contact me if you need more information or customisation.
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted with the buyer covering shipping costs and a full refund will be offered upon the return of the artwork in perfect condition.
What sizes do the kakemonos come in?
Most of the finished kakemonos are 28cmW x 59cmH. Custom orders for smaller or larger sizes are welcome.
Do I have a choice of frames?
Yes. I offer two options for the frames: 1) Wooden dowels and 2) Magnetic wooden frames. Please keep in mind these two options will both be be top and bottom. Should you want a full frame, the artwork will need to be custom-made. Do get in touch to discuss further.
